The Roles of the Ministry

The Finance Ministry manages offerings to be spent where needed and also checks expenditures. The ministry also creates a yearly budget and provides financial support to other ministries through budget operational guidelines and regulations. Each year, we receive internal and external accounting audits to determine if income and expenditure reports are accurate.  The ministry reports the financial and accounting status at the church officers' meetings.  It also prepares and sends out individual offering reports at the beginning of each year.

Operation Policy/Opertation Direction/Plans

The Finance Ministry is responsible for ensuring that finances used in operating chruch ministries are used effectively and smoothly through the following ministries:

Budget:   Organizes budget and adusts budget execution.
Aggregate:   Counts offerings and reports statistics.
Expenditure:   Manages cash expenditures, rewards fees, and insurance.
Financial Recording:   Prepares officers' meeting reports and financial statistics.
Audit:   Plans and supervises financial planning.
