The important roles of the IT/Media Ministry are to obtain the latest IT information and apply it to the church administration in order to increase IT efficiency.
Information Technology Dept. |
- Plan and make decisions on the information technology for the church and build and apply databases to apply to church operations.
- Purchase and maintain PCs and related equipment and upgrade 30% of PCs yearly in accordance with plans.
- Manage and upgrade computer software licenses.
- Manage PC security.
- Maintain cooperation among the departments of the IT/Media Ministry.

Web Site Dept.

- Develop medium and long range strategies for the Web Site Ministry.
- Develop and maintain web site design and content.
- work as a team on Internet networking of the church database.

Network/Telecommunication Dept. |
- Install and manage network (wiring).
- Re-connect cable from the Main
and Education buildings.
- Upgrade network performance for Web access
- Manage and maintain Computer Servers (software/security)
- Install and manage telecommunication systems (telephones/Internet).

Tape Media Dept. |
- Record and produce the tapes of the sermons (CD).
- coordinate with Evangelism Ministry to deploy media.

Publications Dept. |
- Edit and publish the church news publication "Disciples".
- Produce church guide pamplets.
- Manage church history resources.

Library Dept. |
- Operate church library.
- Purchase books.
- Rent books.
- Issue library cards for church members.
- Computerize library system.
